Sometimes, a glamorous career conceals some of the darkest tales. The winner of both the USA and World champions in hurdle events, Lolo Jones has reached her current standing after plenty of effort and enormous amount of perseverance. Jones was the only child of a five-child family who lived in a very poor environment. Her mother was constantly on the move and even resided in a basement church for a length of time. Jones had to be moved to another school every year up until her senior year because of this nomadic existence. Jones moved away from her mom to Theodore Roosevelt to enable her to focus on her passion for track. Jones was a resident of four houses during her highschool period to be able to complete her studies in one place.
